Athletic Club celebrates tenth anniversary of Inaki Williams' career

Athletic Bilbao celebrated Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams' 10th anniversary as a first-team player on December 6, 2024.

Williams debuted for the Basque club in December 2014 and signed his first professional contract in January 2015. Over the decade, he has made 441 appearances and scored 105 goals, ranking as Bilbao’s 14th all-time top scorer.

A product of the club's youth system, Williams has become a key leader and fan favorite. Athletic Bilbao honored him with a heartfelt tribute, acknowledging his contributions and expressing optimism for his future at the club.

Williams played a pivotal role in ending Bilbao's 40-year Copa del Rey drought last season and is instrumental in their current push for a UEFA Champions League spot, highlighted by a victory over Real Madrid in November.
