Atlético Madrid are LaLiga's best, but clash is no final - Hansi Flick

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick praised Atlético Madrid as "the best team" in Spain ahead of their LaLiga clash on Saturday.

Despite Barcelona leading by 10 points in November, their recent poor form, with only one win in six games, allowed Atlético to catch up. Flick acknowledged the tough competition, saying, "At the moment Atlético are the best team, they have 11 wins in a row."

However, he downplayed the significance of the match, calling it "not a final," and emphasized that reaching the top of the table and second in the Champions League by December was a good position.

Flick also highlighted the team’s youth and growth, stating, "We are not happy with the situation, OK, but we have to fight. We want to win titles."
