Conor Gallagher expressed that Atlético Madrid and manager Diego Simeone are a perfect fit for him as they aim to win the LaLiga title this season.

Reflecting on his move from Chelsea, Gallagher stated, "You can see the type of players he likes and he needs in his kind of system, and I think it fitted me perfectly."

He also praised the club for making him feel at home, despite challenges early on, such as learning the language and adapting to new teammates.
