Barcelona star Lamine Yamal was carrying injury before ankle problem

Barcelona will be without Lamine Yamal for a key match due to an ankle ligament sprain. The 17-year-old had been playing through pain after initially injuring his ankle in early November.

Despite not being fully fit, Yamal continued playing to help his team, even after being asked if he could continue against Leganes. He was only substituted in the 75th minute.
