Bashiru Hayford Unfazed by Heart of Lions’ Success, Says Winning is His Job

Heart of Lions head coach, Bashiru Hayford, has expressed no surprise at his team's strong performance, which has seen them rise to the top of the Ghana Premier League standings.

After their recent 1-0 win over FC Samartex, they now have 24 points. Hayford, who was named Coach of the Month for November, emphasized that winning is simply part of his job.

"As a coach, it is my job to be winning and doing well. So, I don’t know why it is surprising for people that my team is on top of the league. That is my job."

Under his guidance, Heart of Lions have been in excellent form, positioning them as strong title contenders. Their next match is against Basake Holy Stars.
