Bayern Munich chief confirms Alphonso Davies contract talks continue

Bayern Munich Sporting Director Max Eberl confirmed that negotiations for Alphonso Davies' contract extension are ongoing, despite reports suggesting progress in talks with other clubs.

Davies' agent, Nedal Huoseh, was in Munich last week but left without a deal, opening the door for interest from Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, and primarily Real Madrid.

Eberl remains optimistic about securing a new deal, describing the discussions as "good and open." Real Madrid is reportedly more confident about signing Davies, although Bayern has raised their offer significantly.

Reports suggest a €1-2 million difference between Bayern's final offer and Davies’ demands, but negotiations continue as both sides seek an agreement.
