Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe, a board member of Hearts of Oak, has some advice for Kurt Okraku. He is the newly appointed CAF Second Vice President. Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe urged Okraku to focus on CAF's goals rather than personal ambitions.
He made these comments after Okraku's appointment during an Executive Committee meeting in Accra last Saturday. Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe congratulated him and emphasized the importance of building a good reputation and lasting legacy.
He warned that failing to do so could harm Okraku’s career. "This is good news for Ghana soccer," he said. He compared Okraku to Kwasi Nyantakyi, who elevated Ghana's status in CAF and FIFA.
Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe believes that with hard work, Okraku could even become CAF President one day. "Integrity and hard work will determine his future," he added.
He acknowledged the significant impact of former GFA President Kwasi Nyantakyi on African football. "Nyantakyi left a mark at CAF that benefits Kurt today," he explained.
Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe praised Nyantakyi's knowledge of football and his achievements for Ghana. He expressed hope that Okraku would be firm and fair in his role.
"Football should be served well in Africa and worldwide," he concluded.
