Beating Berekum Chelsea was tough - Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara

Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara acknowledged that Sunday’s win was tough.

The Phobians defeated Berekum Chelsea 1-0 at Golden City Park. This victory ended Chelsea’s ten-game unbeaten home streak in the Ghana Premier League. Mawuli Wayo scored the only goal in the 56th minute.

After the match, Ouattara noted Chelsea's motivation from their FA Cup semi-final appearance. He said, "This match is not easy against Berekum Chelsea."

He added that Chelsea's players have been together for several seasons. Coach Boadu, his younger brother, is also experienced in the game.

Ouattara mentioned they prepared to exploit Chelsea's weaknesses to secure the win.

Hearts of Oak will next play Accra Lions on May 25. This will be their second-to-last game of the season.
