Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus has expressed his pride in playing in the English Premier League, emphasizing his journey from Nima, Accra, to West Ham United.
Speaking in an EPL interview, Kudus highlighted the influence of Ghanaian legends like Michael Essien and Sulley Muntari, who inspired his career. He sees his presence in the league as both an achievement and a responsibility to represent Ghana and his community positively.
Kudus, who rose through the Right To Dream Academy before playing for FC Nordsjaelland and Ajax, aims to inspire young talents from similar backgrounds.
In his second season at West Ham, he has impressed with three goals and an assist in 22 EPL matches. Kudus will look to continue his strong form when West Ham faces Newcastle on March 10.
