Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren has announced a strong squad. They will play friendly games against Cote d'Ivoire.
Ghana will face Cote d'Ivoire in two matches. These games are part of their preparation for the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
This is the team's third friendly under the new coach. They previously played against Morocco and Senegal.
The squad includes many players returning from the training camp in Senegal. Nancy Amoh from Ampem Darkoa Ladies and Afi Amenyaku, goalkeeper from Northern Ladies, receive their first call-ups.
Abigail Kofi Kim (Ankara BB Fomget) and Louisa Animwaa (Valadares) are also called up for the first time. Grace Acheampong (TP Mazembe) and Alice Kusi (Al Ahli) return to the squad.
The team will play "Les Éléphants" on May 30. The second match is scheduled for June 3.
