Black Queens to face Ivory Coast in two friendlies ahead of WAFCON

The Black Queens of Ghana will play Ivory Coast in two friendly matches.

These matches are part of their preparation for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

They are scheduled for May 30 and June 3, 2025.

Both games will take place in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Head coach Kim Lars Björkegren is overseeing the team's preparations.

The continental tournament will be held in Morocco later this year.

These friendlies started in March to help sharpen the squad.

The Ghana Football Association will announce the full squad soon.
