Manchester City were held to a 2-2 draw by Brentford, missing the chance to move up the Premier League table.
Phil Foden scored twice in the second half to give City a 2-0 lead, first volleying in Kevin De Bruyne's cross and later finishing from close range. However, Brentford fought back, with Yoane Wissa pulling one back in the 82nd minute and Christian Norgaard equalizing in the second minute of stoppage time.
City, who had been dominant, failed to capitalize on their lead, and despite a last-ditch clearance from Nathan Ake, the Bees earned a point. The result leaves City in sixth place, while Brentford rise to 10th, avoiding a fourth straight home defeat. Wissa's goal made him Brentford's all-time Premier League top scorer.
