‘Buy Victor Osimhen’ – Rio Ferdinand sends message to Arsenal

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has recommended that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta target Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen in the upcoming January transfer window.

Ferdinand believes Osimhen, a prolific goal scorer, could address Arsenal's lack of firepower and boost their title challenge. Currently third in the Premier League, Arsenal has struggled with scoring, often relying on set-pieces.

Ferdinand emphasized the need for a striker who can make an immediate impact, suggesting Osimhen as the ideal candidate.

While Osimhen is currently on loan at Galatasaray, a move in the summer of 2025 might be more feasible.
