CHAN Qualifiers: Nigeria names 18 NPFL stars to face Ghana

Stand-in Head Coach Daniel Ogunmodede has named an 18-man Super Eagles B squad for Nigeria's upcoming CHAN qualifiers against Ghana's Black Galaxies.

The team includes experienced players such as midfielder Rabiu Ali, wing-back Sadiq Ishmael, centre-back Stephen Manyo, and forwards Anas Yusuf and Sikiru Alimi.

The first leg will be played on Sunday in Accra, with the return leg on 28th December in Uyo.

The aggregate winner will secure a spot in the 2025 African Nations Championship in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.

Key squad members include goalkeepers Henry Ozoemena and Kayode Bankole, defenders like Victor Collins, and midfielders Jide Fatokun and Musa Zayyad. Nigeria aims to overcome Ghana, who denied them qualification in 2009 and 2023.
