Carlo Ancelotti confirms Real Madrid are watching 20-year-old creative talent

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the club is closely monitoring 20-year-old Argentine midfielder Nico Paz, who joined Serie A side Como in the summer.

Paz, previously given limited first-team opportunities at Real Madrid, impressed in a brief appearance, including scoring against Napoli in the Champions League. Despite moving to Como for €6m, Real Madrid retains a buyback option.

Ancelotti praised Paz’s development and believes his time away from Madrid will benefit him, viewing him as part of the club’s future.

Ancelotti also discussed Real Madrid’s squad composition, acknowledging the importance of Spanish players in maintaining a strong locker room atmosphere.
