Chelsea show interest in Mohammed Kudus

Chelsea is reportedly interested in signing Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus. He currently plays for West Ham United.

Kudus had an impressive debut season with the Hammers two years ago. His contract includes an £85 million release clause. This clause becomes active for Premier League clubs in early July.

Chelsea is closely monitoring the situation. They want to strengthen their squad before the FIFA Club World Cup.

Kudus has consistently performed well for both club and country. His strong performances have attracted attention from top European clubs. Chelsea's renewed interest puts them in a good position to activate his release clause.

The Club World Cup starts on June 16 against Los Angeles FC. Chelsea will also face Flamengo and ES Tunis in subsequent matches.

For Ghanaian fans, a move to Stamford Bridge would be significant for Kudus. He is one of the brightest football talents from Ghana at just 23 years old.
