Chiesa snubbed again as Liverpool book Wembley final

However, Federico Chiesa was once again left out of the action. Despite being named on the bench, the Italy international did not feature, as Arne Slot opted for Diogo Jota, Darwin Núñez, Alexis Mac Allister, Harvey Elliott, and Jarell Quansah instead.

Since joining Liverpool from Juventus last summer, Chiesa has struggled for regular minutes, making just nine appearances across all competitions—mostly as a substitute.

His limited involvement raises questions about his role in Slot’s plans moving forward.
