Barcelona narrowly defeated Atletico Madrid to reach the Copa del Rey final. They will face Real Madrid on April 26 in Seville. This marks the eighth El Clasico in a Spanish Cup final.

Ferran Torres scored the only goal for Barcelona at Metropolitano Stadium. He tapped the ball past goalkeeper Juan Musso after a great pass from Lamine Yamal. The visitors deserved this lead, with Yamal causing constant trouble for Atletico's defense. Raphinha also had two chances to increase Barcelona's advantage.

Unlike their thrilling first-leg match in February, this game was tense and tight. In that earlier match, Atletico scored late to draw 4-4.

Barcelona remains unbeaten in Europe’s top five leagues this year. They are on track for a potential quadruple title win. The team has already secured the Spanish Super Cup and leads La Liga by three points over Real Madrid.

Barcelona will host Borussia Dortmund on April 9 for their Champions League quarter-final first leg.
