Louis Saha, former Manchester United forward, has suggested that Cristiano Ronaldo could make a sensational return to Old Trafford under new head coach Ruben Amorim.
Amorim, who took charge of the club on November 11, faces the challenge of reviving a team struggling with goals.
With current strikers Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund underperforming, Saha believes Ronaldo, who has a strong connection with Amorim, could help address United’s attacking woes.
While acknowledging the controversial end to Ronaldo’s second stint at United, Saha emphasized that if Ronaldo were to return, it would only be if he could contribute positively.
Ronaldo’s contract with Al-Nassr expires in the summer, adding to speculation about a potential move.
