Critics are demanding Addo's dismissal, but Dramani argues that sacking coaches doesn’t solve underlying issues, emphasizing patience and strategic rebuilding instead.

He noted that poor player performance, not solely coaching, often contributes to failure. Dramani advocates for long-term development, highlighting the importance of gradual progress over reactionary changes. “Rebuilding is a progressive approach,” he stated, urging trust in the process.

The Ghana Football Association is set to decide Addo's future on November 27 after the team's disappointing campaign.
