Done Deal: Milan send Okafor to RB Leipzig, now for Rashford

Noah Okafor is set to join RB Leipzig on loan with an option to buy, with Milan using this move to pursue Marcus Rashford.

Initially, Milan's offer was rejected, but after intensive negotiations, both clubs reached an agreement, and Okafor accepted personal terms.

The loan deal will see Leipzig cover Okafor’s salary until June 30, with an option for Milan to purchase him for approximately €25 million.

This figure is higher than the €15-16 million initially suggested, as Milan cannot accept a loss after paying €15.5 million for Okafor in 2023.

Following Okafor's transfer, Milan will turn their attention to signing Rashford from Manchester United.
