Ex-Black Stars Coach Chris Hughton highlights differences between international and club football

Former Ghana manager Chris Hughton discussed the challenges of international football compared to club football during a Show Racism the Red Card event.

He highlighted that international management differs significantly from club-level coaching, as it focuses more on match preparation rather than daily player development.

Hughton, with over 40 years of experience in football, has succeeded in both club and international roles.

Before coaching the Black Stars, he played a key role in Ghana's qualification for the 2022 World Cup. Despite a group-stage exit at the 2023 AFCON, Hughton remains optimistic about his future in football.
