Kwesi Appiah, former Black Stars striker, is eager to create pathways for Ghanaian footballers to secure opportunities in Europe.
He believes that Ghana, and Africa in general, has untapped talent that needs proper exposure.
Appiah, now a scout for Crystal Palace, aims to use his experience in both European football and international play to help young Ghanaian prospects showcase their skills abroad.
In addition to his football career, Appiah is pursuing sports journalism, having earned a degree in the field from Staffordshire University.
He has already worked as a co-commentator for the BBC during the 2022 World Cup, reflecting his longstanding interest in the field.
