Former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Charles Allotey has criticized head coach Aboubakar Ouattara.
Allotey called Ouattara "the lowest coach in Ghana." He pointed to the team's poor performance this season as evidence.
He expressed disappointment with Ouattara's tactics. "He's a failure; what has he taught the players?" he asked.
Allotey highlighted the recent goalless Super Clash against Asante Kotoko. He believes it shows the team's struggles under Ouattara's leadership.
He raised concerns about the lack of attacking urgency. The strikers seemed more focused on defense, he noted. "Nobody looked like they wanted to score," he said.
Allotey questioned how Hearts of Oak could be so timid on the ball. He urged the Hearts board to take action.
He compared Hearts' situation to Asante Kotoko, who recently sacked their coach. "If Kotoko can act, why can’t Hearts?" he asked.
"This coach doesn’t understand the club," Allotey stated. He believes it's time for a new direction for Hearts of Oak.
