FA Cup: We were as good as Kotoko; they only scored and eliminated us — Berekum Chelsea coach

Berekum Chelsea's head coach, Samuel Boadu, shared his thoughts after the FA Cup semifinal. He stated that Asante Kotoko did not perform exceptionally well. Despite losing 1-0, he believes they simply took their chance better.

The match took place at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa. Kotoko's Albert Amoah scored the only goal of the game. This victory sends Kotoko to the FA Cup final.

Boadu expressed his disappointment after the match. He said, "Asante Kotoko didn’t do anything better than us." He noted that both teams had scoring opportunities.

"We got our chance but failed to score," he explained. "They got theirs and scored."

Kotoko will face Golden Kick FC in the final. The match is scheduled for June 1 at the University of Ghana Stadium.
