Former Roma coach Jose Mourinho open to Serie A return

Jose Mourinho has expressed his willingness to return to Serie A, stating, "Of course I would return."

In an interview with Corriere dello Sport, Mourinho reflected on his tenure with Roma, admitting he made a mistake by staying after the 2022-23 Europa League final loss to Sevilla. "I should have left after Budapest, I didn't leave immediately. I should have left Roma, I didn't and I was wrong," he said.

Mourinho also praised Roma's Edoardo Bove, likening his personality to the player: "Bove is like me. Nobody gave him anything for free."
