The Ghana Football Association’s Club Licensing Department conducted a re-inspection of 15 Ghana Premier League venues from February 25 to 27, 2025, assessing them based on technical and security standards for Category 3 matches.

Five venues, including TNA Stadium and Kpando Sports Stadium, were fully approved, while five others received conditional approval pending minor repairs.

However, the Baba Yara and University of Ghana stadiums, home to Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, were flagged for security issues.

Three venues—Wenchi Sports Stadium, AAK II Ampain, and Golden City Park—failed to meet standards and are unapproved until renovations.

The GFA has communicated required improvements to the affected clubs for compliance.
