GFA President Kurt Okraku has made an emotional plea for information to identify the killer of Asante Kotoko fan Yaw Frimpong, known as Nana Pooley.

Speaking during a meeting with Kotoko, Okraku urged eyewitnesses to come forward and assist in delivering justice.

He emphasized the importance of honesty in football, calling it a painful yet crucial moment for the sport.

Acknowledging the challenges facing Ghanaian football, he expressed optimism about overcoming them.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have resumed training as the Ghana Premier League eyes a potential return on March 1.

The league was suspended due to hooliganism concerns, with Kotoko and Hearts of Oak demanding stricter security measures. FA Cup matches will proceed this weekend as preparations for the league’s resumption continue.
