The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has charged 10 clubs.
These clubs are in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.
They failed to conduct mandatory pre-match interviews with coaches and players.
The teams involved are: Police Ladies, Faith Ladies, Northern Ladies, Supreme Ladies, Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies, Prison Ladies, Jonina, Army Ladies, Hasaacas Ladies, and Halifax Queens.
They allegedly violated Article 34(6)(d) of the GFA Women’s Premier League Regulations.
This also includes the 2024/2025 Pre-Match Directives.
The breach occurred before Matchday 17.
The GFA stated that this misconduct harms the reputation of the game.
The clubs have until Tuesday, April 8, 2025, to respond to the charges.
