Bibiani Gold Stars have climbed to the summit of the Ghana Premier League after a hard-fought 2-1 win over Heart of Lions at Duns Park.
Samuel Kumi opened the scoring in the 15th minute before Gideon Anaba doubled the lead just before halftime.
Nana Kwame Oppong pulled one back for Heart of Lions around the half-hour mark, but it wasn't enough to salvage a point.
The victory propels Gold Stars to the top with 44 points, while Heart of Lions sit third with 40.
Gold Stars will look to extend their unbeaten run against Dreams FC next, while Heart of Lions seek redemption against Asante Kotoko.
