GPL HIGHLIGHTS: Medeama SC 3-1 Vision FC

Medeama Sporting Club continued their strong goal-scoring in the Ghana Premier League. They defeated Vision Football Club 3-1 at TnA Stadium on Friday night.

The Yellow and Mauve team started brightly. Striker Kingsley Braye scored just two minutes into the match. However, Vision FC quickly equalized. Daniel Yemoh struck back in the 5th minute.

The first half ended in a 1-1 draw. The second half was open for both teams to take control. Medeama came back with renewed energy after the break.

Defender Kamaradini Mamudu scored in the 52nd minute. He finished confidently to make it 2-1 for Medeama. As Vision pushed forward for another equalizer, gaps opened up in their defense.

Medeama took advantage of this in the 85th minute. Substitute Abdul Salam scored after a smooth team move, sealing a 3-1 victory.

This win marks Medeama’s second consecutive victory. They have scored six goals and conceded only once during this stretch. The result moves them up to 5th place on the league table.

Vision FC remains in 14th place with 33 points from 30 matches. It has been a tough debut season for them in the Premier League.
