Warren Gatland will remain as Wales' head coach for the 2025 Six Nations despite a review that considered his position after a record 12 consecutive Test defeats.
The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) acknowledged Gatland's poor record since his return in December 2022, with just six wins from 24 Tests.
However, despite challenges, the WRU decided against immediate changes, emphasizing that Gatland’s future will depend on team performance.
A review of the coaching staff and high-performance structure will be conducted, with new mental skills resources planned for players.
Gatland's contract runs until the 2027 World Cup, and he is determined to turn around Wales' fortunes.
