Ghana international Mohammed Kudus scored for West Ham United. He came off the bench in their away win over Ipswich Town at Portman Road.
West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen marked his 200th Premier League appearance. He assisted James Ward-Prowse's goal in the 43rd minute. This was Ward-Prowse's first goal of the season.
Nathan Broadhead equalized for Ipswich seven minutes into the second half. However, Bowen quickly restored West Ham's lead with a strong left-footed shot.
Kudus secured the victory with a great finish three minutes before full-time. This win left West Ham in 14th place, while Ipswich finished second from bottom.
Ipswich suffered their ninth consecutive defeat at Portman Road. This extended their longest home losing streak. They matched the record set by Southampton and Leicester City.
Kudus ended the 2024/25 Premier League season with five goals. He also provided three assists in 32 games for West Ham.
