Ghana could play home game abroad as CAF withdraws approval for Baba Yara Stadium

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has requested that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) identify a different location for Ghana's upcoming home match, as it has rescinded its approval for the Baba Yara Stadium.

Initially, the stadium was conditionally approved to host Ghana's first game against Angola in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers on September 5.

Nevertheless, CAF has issued a new ruling based on insights gained from the Black Stars' recent match against the Palancas Negras.
