Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo credits studying Chelsea legend Didier Drogba and Arsenal great Thierry Henry for shaping his game.

The Ghanaian international, who has been outstanding in the Premier League, revealed that a Bristol City assistant coach advised him to analyze players like Breel Embolo due to their similar playing styles.

Semenyo, 25, has contributed 10 league goals this season, playing a key role in Bournemouth’s impressive form, including an 11-game unbeaten run.

During a shin injury in 2022, he used his recovery time to study Henry and Drogba, focusing on movement, heading, and footwork.

Since his €10.3m move from Bristol City in January 2023, he has become a key player, attracting interest from top clubs as Bournemouth pushes for European qualification.
