Ghana winger Osman Bukari begins pre-season with Austin FC

Black Stars forward Osman Bukari has returned to the U.S. to begin pre-season with MLS club Austin FC ahead of his first full season.

The 26-year-old arrived in Texas over the weekend and joined his teammates for their first training session at the St David's Performance Centre.

Austin FC's pre-season spans six weeks, culminating in their season opener against Sporting Kansas City on February 22.

Bukari, who joined from Red Star Belgrade in 2024, expressed optimism for the upcoming campaign on social media.

Austin FC will play seven pre-season matches, including fixtures against New England Revolution, Charleston Battery, LA Galaxy, St Louis, Charlotte FC, and Nashville.
