Ghanaian forward Jeffrey Schlupp receives FA Cup medal after Crystal Palace’s historic win over Man

Ghana international Jeffrey Schlupp received an FA Cup winner’s medal. This follows Crystal Palace's impressive victory in the final on Saturday. He spent the latter half of the season on loan at Celtic.

Schlupp contributed to Palace’s cup run earlier this season. He played in their third-round win over Stockport County. That was his only appearance in the competition before moving to Scotland, where he won the Scottish Premiership title with Celtic.

He made history with Leicester City during their Premier League-winning campaign. Now, he adds another accolade to his career. Schlupp celebrated receiving the medal on Instagram Stories.

Crystal Palace shocked everyone by defeating Manchester City on Saturday. This victory marked their first major trophy win ever. Eberechi Eze scored the only goal in the 16th minute from a cross by Daniel Muñoz.

Manchester City had a chance to equalize late in the game. However, Omar Marmoush missed a penalty kick, sealing Palace's memorable win.

Schlupp’s future is uncertain now. He has just one month left on his contract at Selhurst Park after eight seasons with the Eagles.
