Kennedy Asante, the Public Relations Officer of Hohoe United, shared insights on the team's success. He believes their strong home performance is due to both the astro turf and dedicated fans.

Asante praised Hohoe United's supporters for their crucial role. Their support helped the team qualify for the Ghana Premier League. This achievement followed a 3-1 victory over Inter Allies on May 25 in the Access Bank Division One League Zone Three.

In an interview with Citi Sports, Asante emphasized fan support. He expressed joy at turning qualification hopes into reality.

"We won some games on natural grass," he noted. "It’s about the determination of the team, not just the pitch."

He added that home advantage comes from more than just field conditions. "The number 12 player is our fans," he said. "They always show up in large numbers for home games."
