GFA President Kurt Okraku's Vision
Kurt Okraku is the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA). He recently shared his goals for his leadership. In an interview with Original FM, he expressed a desire to be remembered as an honest leader.
Okraku was named CAF 2nd Vice President. He stepped down from his role as WAFU Zone B President. This decision allows him to focus on his work at CAF and GFA.
He stated, “I want to serve and fully utilize this opportunity.” He hopes to leave a legacy of honesty when his term ends.
Okraku is currently in his second term as GFA President. His tenure has faced challenges, especially with the Black Stars' performance at AFCON. However, the team qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and is likely to qualify for the 2026 World Cup in North America.
