Atalanta manager Gianpiero Gasperini praised Ghana midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana. He called Sulemana's scoring rate “terrific.” This comes after Sulemana scored his second goal in two games.

Sulemana netted a goal in the 47th minute against Genoa. His stunning strike came after he controlled the ball on his chest. He then smashed it into the bottom right corner of the goal. This goal was similar to his previous one against AS Roma.

Sulemana, who turns 22 on May 22, has now scored twice for Atalanta. He started in the win over Genoa, and Gasperini praised him highly. The coach jokingly criticized himself for not playing Sulemana more minutes.

“Well, let me reiterate that I didn’t have a clue for a whole year,” Gasperini said. “His scoring rate is terrific, even better than Mateo Retegui’s.”

Atalanta will finish their season with a home game against Parma on May 25.
