Cristiano Ronaldo has emphasized that Manchester United's struggles are not due to new manager Ruben Amorim. Speaking at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, Ronaldo stated, "The problem is not always the coach.
It’s much more than that." He compared the situation at United to a sick fish in an aquarium, suggesting that removing the coach wouldn’t resolve deeper issues. Ronaldo, who played for United across two spells, expressed that if he were the club’s owner, he would "make things clear and adjust what I think is bad there and believes I would be able to fix them if I was the club's owner."
He also hinted at future ownership ambitions, saying, "I will be owner of a big club. For sure." Ronaldo remains hopeful for United's recovery under Amorim's leadership.
