Andrew Nembhard led the Pacers with 19 points, while Pascal Siakam contributed 18 points and nine rebounds. Myles Turner added a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, and Jarace Walker had eight points and 12 rebounds off the bench.

Indiana outscored Cleveland 68-40 in the second half, holding the Cavaliers to a season-low in points. Cleveland's defense faltered after a strong first half, despite Darius Garland’s 20 points and Donovan Mitchell’s 19. The win was marred by an injury to Tyrese Haliburton, who sat out the second half due to hamstring tightness. The teams will meet again Tuesday in Indianapolis.
