Inter Milan is reportedly planning to offer coach Simone Inzaghi a contract extension until 2028, following a highly successful year.
Currently under contract until 2026, Inzaghi's impressive results in 2024, including a strong point average and the team's 20th Serie A title, have convinced club leadership to reward him with a two-year extension.
Last summer, Inzaghi became the highest-paid coach in Serie A with a €6.5 million annual salary.
If the contract extension goes through, Inzaghi will become the second-longest-serving coach in Inter's history, after Helenio Herrera, who managed the club for a total of nine years between 1960 and 1974.
