Former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Charles Allotey wants head coach Aboubakar Ouattara fired. He called Ouattara "the lowest coach in Ghana."
Allotey's comments come after the team's poor performance in the Ghana Premier League. He expressed disappointment with Ouattara's leadership. "He's a failure; what has he taught the players?" he asked.
He highlighted the recent goalless Super Clash against Asante Kotoko as proof of their struggles. Allotey noted that Hearts lacked attacking urgency. "Nobody looked like they wanted to score," he said.
He questioned how a team like Hearts of Oak could be so timid on the ball. "It's time for a new direction," Allotey urged, calling on the Hearts board to act.
He compared Hearts' situation to Asante Kotoko, who recently sacked their head coach. "If Kotoko can act, why can’t Hearts?" he asked. He believes this coach doesn't understand the club or its players.
