Joao Felix’s Milan struggles make Chelsea return likely

João Félix’s promising start at AC Milan now seems a distant memory, as his form has dipped since his debut.

After scoring in his first match against Roma in the Coppa Italia, the Portuguese forward has failed to score or assist in his last six appearances, despite starting in all of them.

While Félix has expressed interest in staying at Milan beyond his loan, his struggles have raised doubts about a permanent move.

Milan did not include an option to buy in his loan deal, and with Chelsea demanding a high transfer fee, given their €52 million investment in him from Atlético Madrid, a permanent move to Milan appears unlikely.
