Kevin-Prince Boateng launches football agency to guide young players

Former Ghanaian international Kevin-Prince Boateng has launched a football agency named Rookie & Champ, focused on mentoring young players and helping them avoid the pitfalls he faced in his career.

The ex-Black Stars star, who played for top European clubs including AC Milan and FC Barcelona, aims to support emerging talents, especially from Berlin.

Speaking at a TransferRoom summit, Boateng shared how a tough experience at Tottenham shaped his desire to guide others.

“Money and fame aren’t always the right move,” he warned.

With Rookie & Champ, Boateng hopes to prepare players not just for football, but for life — emphasizing readiness, resilience, and wise decision-making.
