Karim Zito on Kotoko's Title Chances

Abdul Karim Zito is the head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko. He believes their chances of winning the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League depend on tactics and results.

In their recent Matchday 32 match, Kotoko drew 0-0 with Bibiani Gold Stars. This result was disappointing for Zito.

After the game, he spoke to the media about his concerns. He noted that they dropped two valuable points but remained hopeful.

"It was a fantastic game," Zito said. "Both teams wanted to win and created many chances." He added, "Nobody knows what will happen unless we calculate our next two games."

Zito emphasized that even if they win, it might not be enough. "For now, I will never say it’s over," he stated.

Currently, Kotoko is third in the league with 55 points. They will face Medeama SC in Matchday 33 next. Their final match is against Vision FC at Nii Adjei Kraku Sports Stadium.
