Kurt Okraku’s style of leadership has changed - Sammy Anim Addo

Former Ghana FA Executive Council member Samuel Anim Addo has criticized Kurt Okraku’s leadership, questioning the recent revamp of the Black Stars' technical team.

He believes the decision was rushed and should have involved the Sports Minister, especially since the current coach is already in touch with the players.

Anim Addo pointed to Ghana’s poor performances in recent AFCON tournaments and their potential absence from the next one, stressing that leadership and management changes are needed.

The new appointments include German coach Winfried Anton Schaffer as a technical advisor, Desmond Offei as an assistant coach, sports psychologist Kris Perquy, and video analyst Gregory De Grauwe.

Despite these changes, Anim Addo remains skeptical about the FA’s decision-making approach.
