La Liga submit formal complaint about Real Madrid to Competition Committee

La Liga has formally filed a complaint against Real Madrid after the club accused the Spanish refereeing system of corruption and manipulation in a letter to RFEF President Rafael Louzan.

Real Madrid’s claims have sparked widespread backlash across Spanish football, with clubs condemning their stance. Sevilla’s president even accused Los Blancos of attempting to “destroy Spanish football.”

The league, along with other clubs and the RFEF, is now considering additional legal action against Real Madrid.

Despite these developments, Real Madrid remains unconcerned, believing they can defend their position by citing previous complaints from other clubs and recent comments made by Atlético Madrid manager Diego Simeone regarding refereeing inconsistencies.
