Ghanaian midfielder Lawrence Agyekum played a key role in Cercle Brugge's 5-1 victory over Patro Eisden. This match was part of the Belgian Pro League relegation playoff first leg.
Agyekum scored the opening goal in the 8th minute. He received a pass from Felipe Augusto.
Cercle Brugge dominated the game. Paris Brunner scored twice, once in the 25th and again in the 46th minute. Felipe Augusto added another goal in the 58th minute.

Agyekum recently signed a four-year deal with Cercle Brugge. He has three goals and two assists in 34 appearances this season.
